I started filming this video part in the a few months before my 40th birthday with the intent on releasing it on my actual birthday. I suffered a horrific back injury in the first month and couldn’t skate. After a few months off, I threw a back brace on and got back to it. The video came out a couple weeks after my birthday but I was happy with it regardless. It was interesting trying to link up with Mario Guel, Carson Lee and Joey Ruiz to film while juggling real life stuff at the same time. Stoked it all came together in the end. I thought the ender of falling down was suiting. Thank you skateboarding!
